Sophia The Cleaner!

It's been just over a week of being a stay-at-home dad and things are going great. I am really enjoying the days and we are slowing falling into a good routine.
The most impressive thing of late is how much Sophia wants to mimic us. In just this past week alone, I've watched her voluntarily put on a wristwatch, pick up the vacuum and move it around, spontaneously hugging other kids or us, dressing herself (or at least attempting... though she will have to learn that not every piece of clothing does not go over one's head), or, as seen in this picture, cleaning the floors. If she finds a papertowel or cloth, she will often will drop on her knees and start wiping.
As well, there is her desire to eat on her own, using the telephone or carry things. We love her effort and are constantly amazed at how her observing us has turned into action.
