It's Christmas eve and in Sweden that means time for food, presents and family. The Lundbergs (Cecilia's parents and sister Charlotte) as well as Jamie's sister Kelly were with us as we sat down to a lunch of salmon, ham, herring, potatoes, Jansson's (a dish of anchovies & sliced potatoes), salami, meatballs, wieners, and salads, breads, brie.
It was a great meal with great folks and we even had the chance to say hello via webcam to my parents in Canada.
